Dear Mrs. Wolek:
To my horror when I arrived home on Thursday, July 3rd at 4:58 pm my home was 85 degrees, HOT! I immediately inspected the air handler and compressor and both were working. I then called Brite. My call was answered immediately and repair personnel dispatched within an hour!
From my first call until the work was completed, Brite performed in an exceptional and professional manner. I’m confident that had I needed to call another company, I would still be without air as of today, July 7. In fact, at 7:00 pm, the repair work was completed and my house was back on the way to cooling down.
We take time to complain, but often not time to praise. This is the purpose of my letter to praise everyone involved in my emergency. My experiences with Brite have always been the best, but this matter exceeded my expectations and I want to say thank you to everyone involved. Brite certainly has the most professional personnel on staff and more companies should strive to perform in such a manner. Rest assured that I will spread the name of Brite to anyone that needs electrical, heating or air conditioning work!

The purpose of this letter is to compliment you on the delivery of great electrical repair service by your company.
I am a certified public accountant. I am also a legal guardian for a client who owns a 5,000 SF professional office building near downtown Orlando.
